Ashley Seguna DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Seguna graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. As a former intensive care unit nurse, Seguna saw patients at their lowest point. She decided early on that she
wanted to work on the proactive side of healthcare to prevent chronic disease progression and promote health.
Ashley practices patient-centered care by emphasizing longitudinal, trust-based connections to ensure the best health outcomes for our patients. She was recognized for her scholarship and work within
Brevard County. Notably, her graduate project with the Brevard County Health Department and Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine. She also is an adjunct faculty member at UCF, working in the hospital setting with nursing students.
Joanna Auter CHC, CPT
Health and Wellness Coach
Joanna Auter is a certified health coach, certified personal trainer, and group exercise instructor of 25 years. She holds a degree in healthcare navigation from Eastern Florida State College and a degree in communications from the University of South Alabama. Prior to her position with Rocket Healthcare, Auter was a clinical health coach for all four Health First hospitals: Viera Hospital, Holmes Regional
Medical Center, Palm Bay Hospital and Cape Canaveral Hospital.
Joanna’s focus at Rocket Health Care is to design and implement specialized wellness programs for Rocket’s patients. She collaborates with patients to develop SMART goals focused on preventative healthcare and encourages positive lifestyle changes through weight management, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and emotional wellness.
Summerpal KahlonMD
Founder, Medical Director
Dr. Kahlon has spent years advancing the state of the art in healthcare delivery through technology and process innovation. Through opportunities working in leadership roles at national and global Fortune 100 companies, startups, and local clinics and hospitals, he’s had the chance to mold the very best of health innovation into Rocket Health Care. Inspired by his own personal health journey, he created Rocket Health Care to help others in their journey to health and wellness.
Born and raised in Alabama, his values around keeping healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone are ingrained in the care we provide, ensuring everyone gets concierge level care they can afford. He remains active in the community, serving on several boards locally and nationally, including at Florida Tech and UCF to help the next generation of professionals realize opportunities to achieve their own goals. Dr. Kahlon’s wife Erin is a dentist locally, and their 2 daughters are students and volleyball players.
